For most of her career spent on technologies, Quyen Nguyen has joined the Vietnam Digital Technology Alliance (formerly VNITO Alliance) since early 2014 and now she takes on the role as Vice President of this organization. Moreover, she also works as CEO at Sharework Corporation, the new generation of BPO, Embedded and IT managed service provider based in Vietnam and has proven to get achievements in many challenging and competitive markets. With her international experiences and expertise, she tends to thrive within new challenges, new markets and expansion of ShareworkCorp.’s product ranges.
Tri Hang has more 12 years of experience in the software development industry. From 2009 to 2010, he participated in AOTS training program in Japan. He has extensive experience in product development, outsourcing and project management in Japan and Vietnam. He is the Founder & CEO of Go-ixe, the start-up won the second prize at Wheels 2016 (organized by BSSC) and top 18 start-ups Viet 2016 (organized by VNExpress). He has a lot of experience in developing integrated solutions on Mobile app and Web app.
Tu Nguyen has more than 13 years of experience in the software development industry, in which he has nearly 2 years to work onsite in Japan, so he has extensive knowledge and practical competence in management, operation and planning of investment strategy in both Vietnam and Japan markets. He possesses practical experience with the full lifecycle of BPO transactions related to IT managed services and IT Outsourcing matters.
Thu Ha has more than 7 years of experience in the business management for various industries such as software development, entertainment, etc. industries. She possesses strong business knowledge and ability to set clear expectations for business outcomes within a global multi-site operation. She works hand-in-hand with the vendors' management teams to monitor the productivity and quality of a large workforce of agents responsible for outbound calls, data entry, and other support cases.
